Florence Hartmann

Florence Hartmann is a journalist and essayist, well-known to the defenders of the Rights of Human Beings. She has published several books and articles. From 2000 to 2006, she was advisor for the Balkans and spokeswoman of the ICTY prosecutor Carla Del Ponte.
